Really I loved the way they handled the customers.. I'm kadhiravan from kochi.. I ordered a cake for my nephew bday in tirupathi.. Intial I tried with other website where they required two days prior for delivery.. But here in best gifts.. I ordered late night 2am.. They delivered it by same day evening...� there customer service is extremely good... There followup on delivery is simply superb.. I hope they continue the same in future..

I am in new jersey. I wanted to send bday cake to my nephew staying in Visakhapatnam. I was googling for online booking and found best gift.in. I messaged to them in Whatsapp as it was first time for me. Maybe it's fake. Though their policy is not responding to Whatsapp but replied to me suggesting how to order. I ordered through web and it was delivered before the scheduled time. Cake was awesome and my nephew was overjoyed and celebrated his bday in school with his classmates. Had ordered a pineapple minion cake for my friend. Too good in taste and the minion shape was great. The best part that the bestgift was very much interactive coming forward with the suggestions for the cake. Cake got delivered within 24hours. Happy with service, customised cake shape, taste. :)

Very good service..I ordered the cake from Bangalore for delivery in pune and they helped me from the beginning till the end and everything went very smoothly...the cake was absolutely similar to the picture that was shown and the taste was also loved by all...the best part is they delivered a customised cake within 24 hrs of my booking which many of the cake shops or websites wudnt be doing...so a big thumbs up :)

Hi, I ordered 'Little Green Friend' for my husband. Delivery was perfectly on time & I even received a call from seller, a day before . But I was little disappointed to see that message that I mentioned to write on it wasn't there. So, I did that myself. Also, in description it is mentioned that chalk will be provided along the slate but it wasn't there. Little things, but yes they do matter :)

It was my grandfather's 93rd birthday and since I was not able to attend it I decided to send them a cake. As others I was apprehensive to order cakes online owing to so many scams and more so the quality issue but best gift proved me wrong. The cake was rich in quality, fresh and was delivered on time. I had two orders. The one having all the contact and address details went absolutely fine.. without any hurdles. The other one had a incorrect contact number, but the bestgift folks (Puja) followed up with enough time in advance for me to respond back with the proper details and the delivery was made on time. One of the best online cake delivery experience I have had in Bangalore. Ordered a Manchester United novelty cake ( Chocolate truffle) and it turned out to be perfect ! They contacted WarmOven and got the exact cake that I wanted. The people at BestGift were very helpful and great in hospitality. Regarding the cake, the quality was amazing and prices are reasonable.
